Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dosa rice - 1/2 cup
  2. Normal rice - 1/2 cup
  3. Grated coconut - 1 cup
  4. Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak both rice for 2 hrs
  2. Grind both rice and coconut with 1 cup water
  3. Now remove and add salt..
  4. Heat in low flame.. Keep stirring continuously till batter turns to dough
  5. Now wet your palm Take dough and make oval shape balls
  6. Arrange in idli stand and steam Cook for 20 mins
  7. Serve hot with chutney or your favorite sambar
