Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chole ki dal ( a mixture of kali urad, white and green dal) - 500 gm
  2. 2 cup spinach chopped
  3. Green chilly - 2 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
  5. Coriander leaf chooped
  6. Black pepper powder
  7. Red chilly pwr - 2 ts
  8. Salt
  9. Oil
  10. 1 teaspoon of :
  11. Garam masala
  12. Sauf
  13. Kasoori methi
  14. Sabut dhaniya
  15. Jeera powder
  16. Hing
  17. Coriander pwr 2 tsn


  1. Soak Dal in water for 2 hrs, Clean it, peal it and mix it to make a thick paste.
  2. Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped green chilli, ginger, garlic, hing, sauf, kasuri methi, sabut dhania and chopped spinach.
  3. Mix it properly and add a little hot oil and then deep fry it.
  4. Serve hot pakode with corainder and garlic chutney.
