Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Tbsp jaggery
  2. 1 Tbsp almond flakes
  3. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  4. 1/2 tsp soanf powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 tsp soanth powder


  1. Firstly great the jaggery.
  2. Then chop the almond
  3. All mentioned ingredients are combine.
  4. Take a dough make a ball and flaten it like a poori fill stuffing into it.
  5. Then seal it all sides now dust the board and flat it rolling pin then put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides.
  6. Serve with fresh mawa.
