Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 spoon green onions leaves
  2. 2 green chilli
  3. 1 cup boiled Urad Dal
  4. 1 onion chop
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 1 Tbsp kasuri methi
  7. 1/2 spoon ginger paste
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly chop the onion and green chilli and spring onion.
  2. Then mix all ingredients.Take a dough make a ball and flaten it like a poori .Then brush on garlic paste and fill stuffing into it.
  3. Then seal it all sides.
  4. Now dust the board and flate it rolling pin then put on heated tawa.
  5. Shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides.
  6. Serve hot.
