Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas/matar - 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped methi leaves - 1 cup
  3. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Green chilly - 1
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 4 tbsp
  11. Asafortida - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to crackle.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins
  4. Add matar,ginger garlic paste,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,salt and saute for 4 - 5 mins
  5. Once cooled,grind to make a paste.
  6. Wash and finely chop the methi leaves.
