Mushroom capsicum spring roll

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mushrooms-4-5 medium sized
  2. Capsicum-1 small sized
  3. Onion-1
  4. Butter-1 tsp
  5. Oil-1 tsp for filling and as required for deep frying
  6. Sugar-a pinch
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Veg mayonese-1 tsp
  9. maida-1 cup
  10. salt- a pinch
  11. Milk-2 tsp
  12. Water as required to knead the dough


  1. Make a dough of maids, milk, salt and required water. Cover with cloth.
  2. On a pan add oil, butter, chopper onions. Saute well
  3. Add finely chopped mushrooms and finely chopped capsicum and saute well. Cover and let the veggies get cooked. Remove the stuffing in a bowl and add mayonese and mix. The stuffing will look this way.
  4. Now roll the dough into a chapati.
  5. Put the filling as shown in center.
  6. Roll into spring rolls. I have given chocolate shape to my spring roll.
  7. Now deep fry them in required oil in kadai.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
