Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup urad dal
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 1/4 tsp elachi powder
  6. Small 1/2 cup mix dryfruit( badam, kaju, kishmish)

Instructions

  1. 1.Soak urad dal for 6-7 hrs.. Wash it & Grind it
  2. 2. In a pan add ghee as it heats up add dal.. cook it on low flame. Keep stiring continuouslybecause urad is sticky it will start sticking bottom of the pan
  3. 3. As it changes the color in golden brown add milk slowly into it. Otherwise it will form lums
  4. 4. As milk is halfly reduced add sugar into it
  5. 5. Keep stiring add elachi powder & dryfruit
  6. 6. Mix it after 2min off the flame
  7. 7. Garnish it with dryfruit
