Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1 /2 cup curd
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. Salt
  5. 1 /2 cup mix vegetables
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Chutney to serve with idli


  1. Grind oats and make powder of it
  2. Mix curd and water
  3. Add spices
  4. Mash boiled vegetables
  5. Make a tadka and add in batter
  6. Grease moulds and pour batter
  7. Put in steamer and make idlies
  8. Our idlies are ready to serve
  9. Serve with chutney
