Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Chana Daal
  2. 2 green chilli
  3. 1/2 spoon cumin seed
  4. 2 onion
  5. 1/4 tsp asafoitida
  6. Green coriander leaves
  7. 8/9 garlic
  8. Salt
  9. oil


  1. Wash and soak daal for 3 to 4 hour
  2. Drain water and put in grinder..add cumin, asafoitida, garlic, green chili and make smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in pan..MiX salt and chopped onion and coriander in daal paste and give them shape like lemon size ball and deepfry pkoda and serve with chatni
