Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 onion (length wise sliced)
  2. 1 tsp kasturi meethi
  3. 1/2 lemon juice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tsp dry pudina powder
  6. 1 tsp kasturi meethi
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp Rai/ Mustard seeds
  11. 2 boiled potato (cut as per your choice)
  12. 1/2 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add in oil , mustard seeds, curry leaves and let them splutter.
  2. Then add onion, turmeric powder, and half of the salt. (You can add half of it after you add the potatoes.)
  3. Now let the onion cook for 1-2 mins. After the onion is cooked, add the potatoes in pieces.
  4. Then add the remaining salt, pudina powder, kasturi meethi powder and lemon juice. Now stir this mixture and cook it on a low flame for 5 mins.
  5. Now this dish is ready to be served!
