A nice blend of pudina and ajwain and potato and all purpose flour

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm All propose flour
  2. 1/2 cup fresh mint (pudina) 
  3. Ginger very little
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/3 tsp carom seed
  6. Oil for frying


  1. Wash and grind pudina with some Ginger and salt. And make a smooth paste out of it
  2. Now mix maida, pudina paste, ajwain , salt and 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Knead into hard dough.
  4. Make small balls of the dough and roll each into small pooris.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  6. Fry each poori in oil
  7. When cooked on one side turn it and cook on the other side also until it turns light brown.
  8. Serve them hot. With any curry.
