Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Fresh Minced Beef 500g Washed and Strained
  2. Oil 2 Tablespoon
  3. Ginger 1 1/2 Tablespoon Finely Chopped
  4. Garlic 1 tablespoon finely chopped
  5. Big Onion 2 Medium Size Chopped finely
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Pepper Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  8. Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
  9. Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoon
  10. Garam masala Powder 1 Teaspoon
  11. Salt As per your taste
  12. Mash Potato From 2 Big Boiled Potatoes
  13. Bread crumbs -1/4 cup For Rolling/Covering Cutlets
  14. Beaten Egg White From 2 eggs
  15. Oil For Deep fry

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and curry leaves, sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced beef, stir 2 to 3 minutes. Add all the spices and stir next 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt as required, cover and cook for 5 minutes in a lower heat. ( Do not add water, just sprinkle is enough)
  5. cook until the beef mix very dry in texture. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
  6. When it’s cool, add mashed potato and 2 tablespoon bread crumbs. Add salt if needed, combine well. Beef cutlet mix is ready.
  7. Take a small portion of cutlet mix in your palm; make a small flat round shape or cylinder shape.
  8. Dip it into beaten egg white. When egg whites well coated, place it into bread crumbs and cover/roll well.keep aside.
  9. Heat oil in a frying pan. When it’s hot enough for frying, place the shaped cutlets one by one.
  10. Fry until crispy and golden. Remove from heat. Serve hot and crispy with appam and stew. Nice combo try it.
