ABOUT Vada Pav RECIPE

This is one of my favourite breakfast of mumbai, a soft pav bread stuffed with spicy potato vada and chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 boil potatoes
  2. Salt
  3. 1tbs gng paste.
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4red chilli
  7. 1/4tsp coriander seeds
  8. Green coriander
  9. 4 cup besan
  10. Salt
  11. 1/4tsp caraway seeds
  12. 8 pav.
  13. 4 tsp green chutney
  14. 4 tsp red chutney
  15. 4tbs butter.

Instructions

  1. Boil n mash potatoes.
  2. Add chopp onion
  3. Chopp green chilli
  4. Salt n all masalas.
  5. Add gng paste.
  6. Add coriander leaves.
  7. Mix well
  8. Make d better of besan with salt.n caraway seeds.
  9. Heat oil
  10. Make d ball of potatoes n dip in besan better n fry.
  11. When half done remove from oil
  12. Press it n refry it.
  13. Cut pav from centre
  14. Heat on tawa with little butter
  15. Spread chutni in it
  16. Nw fill vada in it.
  17. Serve with chutneys n salad.
