Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji [semolina] 1 cup
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. water 1/4 cup
  4. Jaggery 6 tsp
  5. Dryfruit powder 2 tsp
  6. Ghee 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan add little amount of Ghee and roast sooji rava for 5 min.keep aside
  2. In another pan Boil water and add little by little sooji rava by stirring well.
  3. Add milk,jaggery.boil for 5 min.now add dry fruit powder.add Ghee.stir well.
  4. Now sooji rava will absorb the water. stir well till the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  5. Sooji rava halwa is ready for your little one.serve it warm.
