Creamy & Lusty Potatoes

Ingredients to make Creamy & Lusty Potatoes

  • 2 potaoes - steamed
  • 1 cup milk ( you can ads more for a tjicker consistency)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter
  • Seasoning- Oregano, Rosemary, Black pepper, Salt and mustard

How to make Creamy & Lusty Potatoes

  1. Peel the steamed potatoes and cut them lengthwise
  2. Take a pan, put in a tsp oil and throw in the cut potato slices. Roast, till crispy from all the sides. Add a little sauce, so that the potatoes don't taste bland. You can also add your favorite spices.
  3. Leave the gas on sim and start with your white sauce
  4. Take a non-stick pan and put in 1 tsp of butter. Roast it till it reaches golden hue. Remember to keep the setting at sim.
  5. Once done, add milk while continuously stirring the mixture. You can opt for a hand whisker for this process and avoid lumps.
  6. Once your sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add the seasoning.
  7. Now the last step is plating. Arrange the crisp slices of potatoes in a dish and pour this yummilicious sauce on the top.
  8. You can sprinkle a little black pepper or chilli flakes on the top.

My Tip:

This is the Bechamel Sauce and not the Alfredo. If you want, then simply add shredded cheese to the given recipe.
