Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Attta 2cup
  2. Ajwain 1/4 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. 5 tbsp ghee
  5. Ginger grated 2 tsp
  6. Tomato chopped 4
  7. Potato diced 3
  8. Deggi mirch 1 tsp
  9. Haldi 1 tsp
  10. Aloo masala 2 tsp
  11. 1 cup suji
  12. 3 cup water
  13. Dry fruits chopped
  14. 2 cup sugar
  15. 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  16. 1 tsbp besan
  17. 2 tsp grated narial
  18. 3 tbsp soaked rice
  19. 1 ltr full cream milk
  20. 1 tsp kewra essence

Instructions

  1. For kheer Take a heavy bottom pan add milk and rice simmer for 15 min. Keep stiring.now add dryfruits,kewra essence and sugar.. kheer is ready
  2. For halwa Take a kadayi add 2 tbsp ghee and besan cook for 5 min and add suji.. simmer and stir continously for 10 min or till golden brown.now add water and sugar cook for 10 m8n add dry fruits and narial..
  3. For poori Take a bowl add atta,ghee 1 tsp,salt,ajwain and make a tight dough. Rest it for 1/2hr.. now make small poories and deep fry ..
  4. For aloo sabji Take a cooker add ghee,zeera,ginget and saute for 2 min add tomato cook for 5 m8n. Now add potato,salt,deggi mirch,haldi,aloo masala cook till ghee gets seperate n9w add potato.. 1 cup water and 3 whistles. Mash some aloo in th3 gravy.. sabji ready..
