ABOUT Peas poha RECIPE

This poha is so Yummy and soft with peas in it. It is a quick recipe and superb taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 katori
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Oil 2 tbsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  5. Curry leaves 7 to 8
  6. Boiled potato 1 chopped
  7. Boiled peas 5 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 3/4 tbsp
  10. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  11. Ketchup 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and spliter it for 10 seconds.
  2. Add onion and saute it for 2 minutes then add all spices.
  3. Add boiled potato and peas and mix well.
  4. Cover it and leave for 5 minutes. Then add sauce and mix well.
  5. Wash the poha with water and then add this in potato, peas mixture.
  6. Mix it well and cook for another 5 minutes on sim.
  7. Served hot with Ketchup.
