Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1 and half
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Pepper jeera powder 2 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Coriander leaves as required
  12. Water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add onion.saute it well till golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste.wait for 2 min and add tomato.mix well till it becomes mussy.add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala.
  3. Mix well and add water.wait for 1-2 whistles(depends upon your peas)
  4. Now open and add pepper jeera powder.boil it for 3-5 min.now Curry becomes thick consistency.add coriander leaves and then serve with chapathi or poori.
