ABOUT No back energy bar RECIPE

This is a healthy take on the traditional no bake energy bar . So good and good for you!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 1 cup mixed dryfruit
  4. 2 tablespoons cranberry
  5. 2 tablespoons honey
  6. 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  7. some salt

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together and spread into a greased pan and chill then cut into bars.
  2. If you add the optional ingredients you may need to add more liquid binder.
