Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2-3 tbsp clarified butter
  2. 200 gms oats
  3. 2 tbsp mall bowl almonds chopped
  4. 2 tbsp cashews chopped
  5. 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  6. 1/4 bowl raisin
  7. 125 gms dabur honey
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Start to heat up a pan. Add the clarified butter.
  2. Add the oats and roast it till it's crunchy... keep the flame on a low heat. Roast for 3-4 mins..
  3. Add the chopped nuts and raisins...again roast for another 2 mins.
  4. Add the cocoa powder 1tsp vanilla essence mix it well...
  5. Add the honey and cook till the mixture starts to come together. Mixture will start to leave the pan and come together to form a lump...
  6. Grease a plate.. preferably square shape... transfer the mixture into it...compress it to make it compact so that it sets. Make cut marks upto desired size and let it cool down completely....
  7. Cut the bars on the marks made after it cools down...the energy bars are ready to relish on... it can be easily stored for days inappropriate a airtight container...
