Dry roast semolina for three to four minutes stirring continuously.Keep aside.
Heat oil in wok.Add mustard seeds,black split gram,bengal gram.
Add chopped onions,green chillies,Carrot,cauliflower ,peas,grated ginger,cashews,tomato to the wok.
Once the veggies get cooked add water.
When water starts boiling add salt and roasted semolina.Keep stirring so that no lumps form.
Vegetable Upma is ready .
You can serve upma with coconut chutney,sambar or even pickles.
