Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg urad dal
  2. 1/2 kg pure cows ghee
  3. 1/2 kg sugar
  4. 1/2kg milk
  5. 1/2kg mixed dry fruits crushed
  6. Some kaju badam for garnishing
  7. 2nug elaichi powder
  8. 25 grams milk powder
  9. 25 grams khas khas

Instructions

  1. Put a heavy bottom pan pan on high flame
  2. Urad dal should be soked over night and then crushed samily
  3. Now put dal into pan
  4. Make flame on midum flame
  5. Stair dal till it turns golden broen properly
  6. Now add dry fruits
  7. Milk and milk made should be added
  8. Add sugar
  9. Let the mixture dry
  10. Let ghee comes by sides
  11. Now ur seera is ready
  12. Put down pan and keep seera in steel cotainer
  13. Decorate with elachi powder and dry fruits
