Ingredients to make Mayonnaise pau burger

  • 2 piece pau
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp green dhaniya chutney
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli pow
  • 1 gren chilli
  • salt
  • butter
  • green coriander

How to make Mayonnaise pau burger

  1. Cut pou into two parts.
  2. Boil , peel and mash potato adding green corinder, red n green chili , salt and give them size of bun
  3. Grease tawa and cook tikki till brown and crispy
  4. On one side of pau spread green chutney and on another pau spread mayonnaise layer..put tikki between both pau and serve garnishing wit besan sev or bondi and pomegranate seeds
