Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Water 1 cup
  8. Pepper jeera powder 3 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add cardamom and cinnamon stick.add onion saute well.
  2. After add ginger garlic paste.wait for 2 min.add tomato,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt,Garam masala,mutton pieces.
  3. Add 1 cup of water.mix well.wait for 10-11 whistles.
  4. Open the lid now add pepper jeera powder.cook in low flame.wait for 5-10 min.spicy mutton is ready
