Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1cup
  2. Maida 2tablespoon
  3. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Potato 4 medium size
  5. Sprouts 1tablespoon
  6. Bhuna jeera 1 teaspoon
  7. Orange juice 500 ml
  8. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Black salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. For puchkas: mix sooji ,maida,baking soda and salt and make a stiff dough.
  2. Keep aside for atleast 30 minutes.
  3. Make small pooris and deep fry them to make puchka.
  4. For masala: mix leftover ingredients except orange juice ,and lemon juice(keep some chat masala as well) to make masala.
  5. For Pani: mix orange juice with chat masala and lemon juice.
  6. Asseble all the ingredients .
  7. Puchka shots are ready to serve.
