Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green moong 1 cup boiled
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  4. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Onion 1
  7. Ginger 1 tsp chopped
  8. Garlic 1 tsp chopped
  9. Green chilly 1chopped
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  12. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  14. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash moong and soak them in water overnight.
  2. Then next morning boil it.
  3. Now in a flat pan heat oil ,add cumin seeds.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,chilly paste, add chopped onion and cooked for 2 minutes.add tomato.
  5. Then add all spices.
  6. Now add the boiled moong,and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Then add lemon juice.
