Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For base
  2. 50 gm oats( grinded)
  3. 50 gm soya flour
  4. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli pwr
  6. 10 - 15 gm grated paneer
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For stuffing:
  9. Finely chopped vegetables( onion,cabbage,cauliflower,brocilli)
  10. 50 gm paneer
  11. 2 tbsp ghee
  12. 1 tbsp red chilli pwr
  13. 1 tbsp black pepper
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  16. 3-4 green chilli

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the base and make a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside.
  2. Now take a pan and add ghee to it. Now add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add onions and saute till it turns brown. Now add the vegetables and grated paneer.
  4. Add all the spices and mix it well. Cook for 6-7 minutes and switch off the flame.
  5. Make a small roti, place stuffing inside it and close it to give it shape of a samosa.
  6. In the same way make more samosa and then air fry them. Serve with green chutney and curd.
