If we want to have dahibara and don't want to have oil then these dahibaras are perfect. Sometimes we cut bread in rounds and sisings are left then we can use these sidings in making these dahibaras.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 slices of bread
  2. 1 tsp ginger paste
  3. Salt
  4. 10-12 Kishmis
  5. 2 cup curd
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 cup imli chutney
  8. 1/2 cup green chutney
  9. 1 /2 cup chop onion
  10. 1 chop green chilli
  11. Salt sprinkle on dahibara
  12. Red chilli powder for sprinkle on dahibara
  13. Jeera powder for sprinkle on dahi bara
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Pomegranate seeds
  16. Sev bhujiya

Instructions

  1. Make crumb of bread
  2. Add salt, ginger and little water
  3. Make a dough
  4. Now devide it in equal parts and make round balls
  5. Stuff kishmish in it
  6. Take steamer and steam them
  7. Add sugar in curd
  8. Now take dahi bara in plate
  9. Add curd and chutneys
  10. Add onion sprinkle some salt chilli powder and jeera powder
  11. Add one tsp dahi , chutneys again and sprinkle masalas
  12. Then top with coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds
  13. Garnish with sev bhujiya
  14. Serve immediately
