Ingredients to make Amla mukhwas

  • amla/gooseberry - 10 piece
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp

How to make Amla mukhwas

  1. Wash and grate amla/gooseberry.
  2. Add salt,black salt,black pepper powder,sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Dry in the sunlight for 8 - 10 days in thin layer.
