Tapioca is a rich source of dietary fiber, 'good' cholesterol, & protein. It also contains Vitamin B complex as well as iron, manganese, calcium & copper. This dish, can be taken as a main dish for breakfast or evening meal. or as a side dish for dinner. ĺ

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tapioca pieces 1 1/2 cups
  2. To crush
  3. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Small onion 4
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Curry leaves a few
  7. For tempering
  8. Mustard seeds 2 pinch
  9. Red chillies 1
  10. Curry leaves a few.
  11. oil 2 tbsp
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. boil tapioca with salt & turmeric adding water. Drain water.
  2. crush the given ingredients.
  3. heat a pan with oil.put mustard seeds , red chilli & curry leaves. fry .
  4. add cooked tapioca & crushed ingredients. stir well . take care not to mash tapioca pieces.
  5. serve hot.
