Ingredients to make Potato Greeny(Without oil)

  • 4 boiled potato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 green chillies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • Pinch of asafatida
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

How to make Potato Greeny(Without oil)

  1. Take a mixer jar add ginger,garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves and chopped onion grind it and make a paste
  2. Now take a pan heat properly then add cumin seeds and asafatida roast it few seconds then add green Masala paste stir it continusly
  3. Now add turmeric powder and cook it in low to medium flame 2_3minutes
  4. then add boiled potato add salt and 2 tbsp water give it a good mix.
  5. Now cover the lid and cook it in 2_3minutes in low to medium flame
  6. after 3 minutes open the lid and mix it and switch off the flame serve hot, enjoy!
