Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Split bengal gram dal(chana dal) 1cup.
  2. Whole wheat flour 2cups.
  3. Cumin seeds 1table spoon.
  4. Ginger 1"piece.
  5. Coarsly crushed pepper corn 1table spoon.
  6. Dried mango powder (amchur powder)1 tea spoon.
  7. Salt 1table spoon or according to taste.

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough of flour.cover and keep aside.
  2. Wash and boil chanadal on medium heat till soft.if any water remain ,dry it.
  3. Grind dal with gingerto a smooth texture.
  4. Add salt,cumin seeds,amchur powder and pepper corn.mix well.
  5. Divide dough into 8even sized balls.
  6. Divide dal mixture into 8parts also.
  7. Fill each ball with chanadal.roll into paratha.
  8. Cook on a tawa on medium flame.cook 2minutes on each side till golden sppearence.
  9. Serve hot.
