Ingredients to make stir fried vegetables

  • flat beans 250 gms
  • brinjal 250
  • peas 150 gms
  • cabbage finely chopped 100 gms
  • tomato 1
  • capsicum 1
  • onions chopped 1/2 cup( preferably spring onions bulb)
  • 3 dry red chillies (broken)
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • paanch foron 1 tspn (5 spices mix)
  • homemade curd 4 tspn
  • cornflour 1/2 tspn
  • oil 2 tblspn

How to make stir fried vegetables

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into cubes.
  2. pound the red chillies and garlic in mortar and pestle.
  3. heat oil in pan,add this pounded mixture and paanch phoron
  4. add the vegetables (except onion) along with salt
  5. stir & cover for 5 min
  6. remove lid,stir fry all the vegetables in high flame, add onions
  7. mix cornflour with curd till smooth with no lump,add this to the pan
  8. Saute and fry till they are crisp
