  • idly 4
  • lemon juice 5 tsp(or more)
  • 1 tsp musterd seed
  • 1 tsp cashew or ground nut
  • Greenchilli 2 -3
  • Asafodia 3 pinch
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • salt required

How to make Lemon idly

  1. Take idly and cut small pieces. Keep it aside
  2. Take oil in pan and add musterd(leave to pop),red&green chilli, cashews,asofodia,salt,tumeric and finally lemon juce
  3. Keep this for few min in stove
  4. Then add idly mix well
  5. Lemon idly is ready.

My Tip:

Dont keep lemon mixture to boil
