Ingredients to make Kurkure paneer tikka

  • 100 gram paneer
  • 10-12 urad day papad
  • 7-8 garlic clove
  • 1 inch ginger Piece
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

How to make Kurkure paneer tikka

  1. BREAK THE 10 - 12 PAPAD AND ADD INTO A DRY GRINDER
  2. BLEND INTO A SMOOTH POWDER
  3. MAKE SLIT IN THE 100 GRAM PANEER CUBE
  4. GRIND 1 INCH GINGER PIECE 7 - 8 CLOVES GARLIC , WITH LITTLE WATER
  5. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL
  6. ADD THE GROUND PASTE, SAUTE
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER, SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1 TSP KASOORI ME THIS, AND FRY TILL DRY
  10. TURN OFF THE FLAME ,COOL THIS MASALA A LITTLE
  11. MIX 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR, 1 TBSP FLOUR, 1/4 CUP WATER INTO SMOOTH SLURRY
  12. FILL THE READY MASALA IN PANEER SLIT
  13. DIP PANEER PIECE INTO THE SLURRY, AND ROLL OVER THE PAPAD POWDER
  14. DEEP FRY THE PANEER
  15. DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP
  16. READY
  17. SERVE HOT
