Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas (fresh or frozen) - 1 cup
  2. Garlic - 5 cloves
  3. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  4. Green chilli - 2
  5. Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cinnamon stick - 2
  7. Bay leaves - 2
  8. Onion chopped - 1
  9. Veg stock - 2 cups
  10. Oil
  11. Salt ti taste
  12. Black pepper


  1. Take water in pan, add peas in it and boil till get soft. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seed, bay leaves and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, ginger, garlic and green chilli ( roughly chopped). Saute for one min. Add onion and fry till soften. urn off the flame.
  3. Allow mixture to cool and also boiled peas. Put both ( mixture n peas) in mixture jar and blend to make a smooth paste. Again put the same pan on flame and add paste in it.
  4. Add veg stock in it as per required consistency. Add salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.
