This kheer specially made by fasting time but i like this kheer thats way i will made any time when i want something sweet light food.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2cup small size sabudana
  2. 1 1/2littre Milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 60 gms mawa
  5. 1tbsp ghee
  6. Some chopped almond
  7. Some chopped pistachews
  8. Some chopped cashew nuts
  9. 8_10raisins
  10. 7 black pepper corn
  11. 8_10saffron threads
  12. 1/4tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. First boil milk
  2. After comes boil in our milk then strain sabudana add in a boiled milk.
  3. Continusly stir it and cook it in 5_7minutes.
  4. After half cooked in our sabudana add Mawa and sugar stir it and cook it in a another 5 minutes.
  5. Now take a pan heat ghee then add black pepper corn, raisins and chopped dry fruits fry them and take out a flame.
  6. Now transper this fried dry fruits in a kheer and mix it.at a time add saffron threads also mix it.
  7. After 2minutes it's ready to serve
