Ingredients to make Multigrain sweet dosa

  • Aata - 1 cup
  • sorghum flour (Jowar) - 1/4 cup
  • Pearl millet flour (Bajra) - 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • jaggery - 1 cup
  • Powdered elachi - 1/2 tbsp
  • ghee - as required for preparing dosa

How to make Multigrain sweet dosa

  1. Take all the dry ingredients and mix well
  2. In a pan take one cup water and dissolve the jaggery. Filter for the impurities and add it to the mixed dry ingredients
  3. Mix everything well and adjust with water to flowing consistency
  4. Place dosa tawa in medium heat and add one laddle of batter and spread little thick. Drizzle ghee over the top
  5. Once it's cooked flip it to other side and cook well. You can add ghee if required
  6. Delicious multigrain sweet dosa is ready and you can eat it right away
