Healthy dosa recipe with goodness of ragi, rava and rice flour

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava 1 cup
  2. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Jeera
  6. Hing
  7. Finely chopped green chillies 1
  8. curry leaves
  9. Wheat flour 2 tbsp optional

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup Rava, 1/2 cup Ragi flour and 1/2 cup Rice flour
  2. Add Hing, salt and Jeera
  3. Add finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves. You can also add finely chopped onion.
  4. Pour required water and prepare dosa batter. If the batter is watery add wheat flour to bring to pouring consistency
  5. Heat a tawa. Pour the dosa batter
  6. Flip on both sides
  7. Once cooked serve with coconut chutney
