Ingredients to make Instant gajar muli handvo

  • Suji 1 cup
  • besan 2 tbsp
  • curd half cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • ginger 1 inch psc
  • Green chilli 3-4
  • garlic 5-6 psc
  • gajar geated 3 tsp
  • Muli grated 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Red mirchi powder 2 tsp
  • haldi a pinch
  • oil
  • Dhaniya ptta2 tbsp
  • Eno half tsp
  • lemon juice half tsp
  • til 1 tsp
  • Curry ptta 1 tsp

How to make Instant gajar muli handvo

  1. In a bowl mix suji, besan curd .mix well.
  2. After few minutes add gajar, muli grated.
  3. Mix in sugar,mirchi,amchur,salt, dhanya ptta,haldi .
  4. Add ginger chillli garlic paste .
  5. Add eno,lemon, oil in it and mix.
  6. Heat oil in kadai.
  7. Add til,curry pta, hing ,rye.
  8. Add 2 tbsp of suji besan batter in it, cover and cook on medium heat.
  9. Flip when cooked. Cook til golden brown Serve with sauce
