Ingredients to make Kaju matar pulav

  • 1small glass rice
  • 10pieces cashwnuts
  • 1cup peas
  • 1/2cup sliced onion
  • 1bay leaf
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2spoon blackpapar
  • 2spoon oil
  • 1/2spoon cumin
  • water as per need

How to make Kaju matar pulav

  1. Take a cooker add oil and heat it
  2. Add cumin and bay leaf and stir
  3. Add cashwnuts and roast
  4. Add sliced onion and saute for 1mintue
  5. Add peas and cook till it becomes soft
  6. Add salt and blackpaper
  7. Add soked and washed rice and mix
  8. Add one glass water and cover the cooker with lid make one whistle and your pulav is ready to eat
  9. Serve hot with curd or chutney
