Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 medium potatoes
  2. 1 cup methi leaves,chopped
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1-2 green chillies
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. salt, to taste


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash the methi leaves in running water.
  3. In a wok, heat oil and then add potatoes and sauté for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add methi leaves ,green chillies and salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Sauté for 3-4 mins and then cover and cook on low flame.
  6. When the potatoes are little soft and methi is cooked, add coriander powder and cover again for a min.
  7. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
