Ingredients to make Steamed veg momos

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water
  • For filling----
  • 1/2 cup fine chop onion
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup fine chop cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup fine chop french beans
  • 1 tbsp fine chop capsicum
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp oil
  • garlic chutney for serving
  • coriander leaves

How to make Steamed veg momos

  1. First take flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Mix and with water make a soft dough
  3. Heat pan and add oil
  4. Add garlic and onion
  5. Saute them
  6. Then add beans and cook a little
  7. Then add capsicum
  8. Now add carrot and cabbage
  9. Add coriander leaves
  10. Cook on slow flame for 5 min.
  11. Add salt and pepper
  12. Now add sauces one by one
  13. Mix all of them finely
  14. Let it cool
  15. Now take dough and devide it into equal parts
  16. Make a ball and roll it thin
  17. Put filling in center or lengthwise
  18. And seal edges by sticking with each other
  19. Give shape as desired
  20. Prepare all momos
  21. Grease steamer tray
  22. Take steamer and steam them for 15 to 20 min.
  23. Turn off gas and serve hot
  24. With garlic chutney
