It is a very simple and crispy parantha. Dill leaves contains calcium, magnese, and rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cup
  2. besan 2 tablespoon
  3. semolina 2 tablespoon
  4. Dill leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  5. salt to taste
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Green chillies chopped 2
  8. cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. ghee for making dough 2 tablespoon
  10. oil for shallow frying
  11. water for kneading


  1. Mix all flour and all ingredients except oil and water. Make a crumbly texture with the help of fingers.
  2. Add some water and make a soft dough. And set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a tawa and make a ball of dough and make a parantha with the help of a roller pin. Put it on hot tawa and fry from both sides and apply oil.on both sides on low flame.
  4. Your crispy dill leaves parantha is ready to serve. Serve it with chutney or raita.
