  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt
  • coriander leaves
  • spring onion
  • cabbage chopped
  • curry leaves
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Mixed Sprouts Vada(Very Crispy, healthy and tasty)

  1. RINSE AND CLEAN 1 CUP MIXED SPROUTS. GRIND IT COARSELY WITHOUT ADDING WATER
  2. ADD 2 TBSP BESAN
  3. ADD 1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS AND 1/2 TSP HING
  4. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND 1 TSP OIL. MIX
  6. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD CHOPPED SPRING ONION AND CABBAGE. MIX
  8. REST THE DOUGH FOR 5-10 MINUTES
  9. TAKE SMALL PORTION AND SHAPE VADA
  10. DEEP FRY VADA ON MEDIUM FLAME
  11. FLIP ON BOTH SIDES. FRY TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN.
  12. CRISPY VADA READY TO SERVE
