Ingredients to make Cooker Vanilla Cake

  • Whole Purpose flour - 1 tea cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp (not heap)
  • eggs - 3 nos.
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tea cup
  • Refined Oil - 3/4th tea cup
  • Milk - as per requirement
  • salt - a pinch.
  • Dry Fruits - As per choice

How to make Cooker Vanilla Cake

  1. Sieve Whole purpose flour & Baking powder and keep them aside.
  2. Mix very well powdered sugar & oil till it becomes white.
  3. Mix the flour mixture with the oil mixture. Add a pinch of salt to it.
  4. Add milk if required (if cake batter becomes very thick).
  5. Beat the eggs till fluffy. Pour the beaten eggs on the above mixture & mix with light hands.
  6. Add dry fruits (as per your need).
  7. Grease the Aluminium cake utensil with oil & dust whole purpose flour. Drain the excess flour.
  8. Put a layer of salt at the bottom of the cooker, place a stand there. Remove the Gasket & Whistle of cooker. Pre-heat the cooker for 5mins.
  9. Pour the cake batter on the aluminium tin. Tap a little bit.
  10. Place the tin on the stand in the cooker. Close the lid.
  11. Put the flame on sim & let it be there for 50-55mins.
  12. Resting time - 15 mins.
  13. Put a knife or toothpick in the middle of the cake being done. If it comes out clean them it's ready to eat. Have Ur Comfort Food Any Time..

My Tip:

Whenever you mix the beaten eggs with the flour mixture mix it in the process of cut & fold till it mixes well.
