Ingredients to make Andhra fish fry

  • Fish pieces - 500 gms
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves - 5 - 6
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted whole red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • green chilly cut in slit - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make Andhra fish fry

  1. Marinate fish with turmeric powder,roasted coriander powder,roasted whole red chilly powder,ginger garlic poate,lemon juice and salt.
  2. Rest for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  4. Shallow fry the fish pieces.
  5. Add green chill and curry leaves.
  6. Fry both the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
