Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina (1 Cup)
  2. Curd (1/2 Cup)
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Water as required
  5. Oil 1 tablespoon
  6. Mustard Seed
  7. Pinch of Asofoetida
  8. Sesame Seed
  9. Baking Soda Pinch
  10. Coriander (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Rava or Sooji Dhokla is delicious, soft and spongy snacks not require fermentation.Take a Bowl add Semolina,Salt, Curd ,water mix it well.Add Baking Soda and prepare thick batter,put aside for 4-5 minute. Steam for 10 min on medium flame.
  2. Tampering: Heat Oil, Add Mustard and Sesame Seed let it crackle, Now add pinch of asafoetida. Garnish with Coriander.
