Maggi Momos

Ingredients to make Maggi Momos

  • maida : 1 cup
  • Maggi : 1 packet
  • onion : 1
  • garlic : 2 pods
  • oil : 2 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt : to taste
  • For chutney:
  • tomato : 1
  • Red chillies : 4
  • garlic pods : 4
  • sugar : 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt : 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Maggi Momos

  1. Add little salt and 1/2 teaspoon of oil in maida. Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Cover the dough with a wet cloth.
  3. Pour 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté well.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and add Maggie noodles and Maggi masala. Cook.
  5. Roll the dough into small discs.
  6. Put cooked Maggi in the discs and start pleating.
  7. With the help of an idli pan, steam the momos for 10-12 mins.
  8. Serve momos with chutney.
  9. In a vessel add tomato, red chilli, garlic and add 1 cup of water for boiling
  10. Once they are boiled well put it in a mixie jar and grind smoothly then add salt and sugar
  11. Momos Chutney is ready
  12. Enjoy hot momos with the delicious Chutney...
