Quick Omelette fried rice.

Ingredients to make Quick Omelette fried rice.

  • rice cooked 2 bowl.
  • eggs 4.
  • onions chopped 2
  • cauliflower chopped in small bits 1/2 bowl.
  • French beans chopped in small bits 1/2 bowl.
  • garlic cloves crushed 6 to 8
  • ginger paste 2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp ( optional)
  • Green chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste.
  • Olive oil / rice bran oil 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • mint leaves chopped 6 to 8 no.
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Cheese grated 1 cube ( optional)

How to make Quick Omelette fried rice.

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, saute for 1/2 minute.
  2. Add Cauliflower and French beans.
  3. Saute and add crushed garlic and 1 tsp ginger.
  4. Add garam masala, pepper powder.
  5. Sprinkle some water on rice and mix with hands to soften it. Adjust salt.
  6. Till that we will make Omelette.
  7. Beat 2 whole eggs and two egg whites.
  8. Add salt, chilli powder and 1 tsp ginger paste. Add chopped coriander leaves. Add chopped pudina leaves.
  9. Heat olive oil in a non-stick griddle and make an Omelette.
  10. Let it cool. Make small bit sized pieces.
  11. Now add soya sauce ( if adding) to the Sauted mixture Add chilli sauce ..
  12. Add rice and mix well. Add Omelette pieces.
  13. Add butter from sides. Saute , cover for 3 minutes.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. You can spread some roasted chilli garlic oil while serving.
  15. You can serve with tomato soup too.

My Tip:

You can use veges of your choice or which are handy in your kitchen.
